"I just wanted to drop you a line to express my total satisfaction with your "Customer Service" department and your company. Recently my 7 year old son dropped his newly acquired Speed Stacks set, breaking one.

Expecting to meet with opposition to the possible replacement of 1 cup I was delighted to hear that the cup would be couriered up to me in a couple of days.

The cup arrived a few days later by courier addressed to my son, he was very excited and began to practice again right away.
